Our story

Blackbird Production Services was founded by Lily Twining, a technical director, project manager, and producer with more than two decades of experience leading complex entertainment and installation projects around the world.

Lily’s career spans Broadway productions, destination entertainment, theme park attractions, cruise ships, live events, brand activations, and large-scale construction projects.

Her experience includes leadership roles with Disney Parks Live Entertainment, Universal Beijing Resort, TAIT, Thinkwell Group, and Yale School of Drama, along with more than a decade operating Blackbird Production Services.

Working alongside owners, architects, general contractors, fabricators, producers, and creative teams, Blackbird helps organizations successfully deliver technically complex projects while maintaining alignment between creative, operational, and financial goals.
